1. Software as a Mathematical Assistant
ONESHOT Ballistics operates strictly as a predictive mathematical simulation tool. It uses 10,000 Monte Carlo statistical iterations to model environmental uncertainty. All outputs are theoretical approximations and must not be used as absolute structural mandates.
2. Absolute Operator Responsibility
The operator retains sole and absolute responsibility for the safe operation of any firearm or equipment. This software is a passive tool and does not replace fundamental live-fire safety protocols or physical verification of downrange environments.
3. Warranty Disclaimer
The software is provided "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the mathematical infallibility of the solver or the accuracy of internal hardware sensor readings used for Density Altitude calculations.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be held liable for any damages, including physical injury, property damage, or loss of life, arising from the use of this software.
5. Data Privacy
ONESHOT operates on a sandboxed local storage architecture. No background analytics or remote server syncs are used. All data remains localized on the operator's device.
