Strelok Pro .srl Migration Guide

Overview

ONESHOT Ballistics supports the legacy .srl file format, allowing users to migrate their complex rifle and ammunition profiles from Strelok Pro with zero data loss. This guide details the asynchronous data ingestion pipeline used to parse and validate Strelok's relational profile structures into ONESHOT's local SQLite database.

Step 1: Exporting from Strelok Pro

To begin the migration, you must generate a backup file from your existing Strelok Pro installation:

• Open Strelok Pro on your mobile device.
• Navigate to Settings > Export/Backup.
• Select all rifle and ammunition profiles you wish to migrate.
• Choose Save to File—this will generate a .srl file in your device's storage.

Step 2: Transferring the .srl File

Since ONESHOT is 100% offline-first, the transfer happens locally:

• Locate the .srl file in your device's "Downloads" or "Documents" folder.
• If you are moving to a new device, transfer the file via USB, SD Card, or local Bluetooth transfer.

Step 3: Importing into ONESHOT

The ONESHOT Import Bridge handles the data mapping and validation:

• Open ONESHOT Ballistics and go to Settings.
• Select Import Profiles from .srl.
• Browse and select your exported file.
• Review the detected profiles and tap Confirm Import.
